At Chrono Aviation, the path to becoming a pilot is structured, demanding, and designed to train professionals worthy of the trust our clients place in us. We enthusiastically welcome applications from future pilots. When possible, we prioritize internal applications from colleagues who have held a ground position within the company. That said, we also remain open to external applications.

The process begins with the analysis of the candidate's file. The selected profiles are invited to a simulator evaluation as well as an interview with the selection committee. This step allows us to assess technical skills, workload management, and aeronautical judgment.

The selected candidates first undergo an intensive initial group training to acquire the necessary foundations for their integration. They then continue with a practical training period lasting up to three months, during which they are gradually guided toward real operations. Each step is supervised and evaluated to ensure a solid, professional, and safe transition within the team.

The journey concludes with the first flights as a first officer. This moment marks the beginning of a career within a growing company, where operational excellence, teamwork, and self-improvement are integral parts of daily life.
